The endocrine system is a peculiar system on its own. It can be considered to be a full fledged link system that activates or deactivates the actions of certain organs to achieve certain effects on the body. Yet the constituents of the system do not involve complete organs, rather is an intricate network of parts of whole organs and glands that work in unison to achieve the optimization of the other systems of the body.
