Here’s how you can identify skin cancer symptoms


After breast cancer, skin cancer has become the most popular one! Many people are now suffering from skin cancer and the problem occurs when they don’t identify the early symptoms which their body is showing. Skin cancer is curable if it is diagnosed in early stages but here’s where everybody goes wrong. They start ignoring these small signs!
Skin cancers like melanoma, basal cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma are the most common ones which makes visible changes to the skin. It might be anything extra coming on skin or some kind of lesions.
What are the common signs of skin cancer?
Excessive mole growth on the skin
New lesions are formed which itches and bleeds (later stages)
Melanoma, is the deadliest form of cancer which is identified by ABCDE’S.

What are ABCDE’S symptoms?
A stands for asymmetry (usually, moles are symmetrical but if you see any changes in the symmetry of those moles then it might be something to worry)

B stands for border (Moles usually are very clean but if you see some blurness in the borders then you must get yourself checked)

C stands for color (If your moles are having different shades of color which is something abnormal, then this might be a sign of melanoma)


D stands for diameter (If your mole is more than an inch then the mole might indicate melanoma)

E stands for evolving (If your mole is evolving each passing day then you must see a skin specialist at the earliest!)

Are you prone to skin cancer?
If you have frequent sun burns and the area gets tanned very often then this might increase the risk of skin cancer.
If you have a different colored eyes, you might be at a risk.
If your hair color is naturally blonde, risk is high!
Do you have a wrinkled skin in your early 20’s? Get yourself checked!

How can you prevent skin cancer?
Opt for a good sunscreen whenever you go out in sun, UV rays are harmful.
